The Edge

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday in Ocean City at The Edge Hotel at Fagers Island. Erin did an amazing job making sure that we got the South Beach penthouse suite. There was a mistake when we booked it being promised a suite with a balcony. When we arrived we were booked in the Hang 5 suite which had no balcony. We were very lucky that the South Beach suite was still available. Erin fixed the mistake and helped us get into the right room. It was absolutely beautiful from the view, to the comfort of our room, the accommodations and the quick fix on Erin’s part. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. We will be back. I highly recommend this hotel, the restaurant and night club at Fagers Island. The bartenders there were excellent too. 10 stars!

Absolutely perfect for our getaway. Celebrating birthday and anniversary. Offered complimentary drink at check in. Everyone is very friendly. Had dinner reservations early for sunset and accommodated by letting us check in early. Lounge area with complimentary snacks and coffee availible. Beautiful views from anywhere on the property. Room was absolutely beautiful. Very romantic. Private balcony and jacuzzi tub in room. Fridge filled with complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast was in the room in the fridge. Dinner and entertainment located on the property. Room faced the bay with breathtaking views from anywhere in the room. Staff was super helpful with turning on the fireplace and leaving matches for the candles surrounding the jacuzzi tub. Rooms are very spacious with sitting areas in the room and on the balcony. Breakfast was perfect for a light affair. Fresh fruit cut up and granola with yogurt. Fresh orange juice and a bakery muffin. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.

This is a hotel above all others here in OC. Me and my wife just married and paid for a week stay here. The rooms were extremely clean. The fridge has beverages and little snacks inside. The beds were so comfy and the other people that stay here are very welcoming. Lady that cleans the rooms is very nice and when requested for service you get everything replenished. The pool is well maintained and have towels and water available for those that stay here. I love the amount of rooms because it is a very personal experience than those of hotels with tons of rooms and guest. The price is worth it based on staff, service and convince. Also it is very silent and peaceful area with great scenery. I will say the classic photos of people is kind of creepy, but can always take it down and put it back up upon check out. We will definitely make this a yearly place for myself and my wife. If there is anything I would suggest is , I'm not sure the name(s), but the evening staff at the front desk seem to not be very welcoming. I did say good evening and good afternoon to the people there was not greeted back. Other than that fantastic place, great people that stay here and cleaning staff/ ground attendants

We stayed in the Bali room which was absolutely amazing. The decor was gorgeous. The view was beautiful. It was very clean, and the refrigerator was stocked with all types of goodies. The restaurant has a lovely view and the food was excellent. However the pillows were flat and felt like there was nothing left in them to lay our heads down on. The motor from the electric fireplace made a weird noise that kept me up during the night, but eventually we figured out how to shut it off. I give it 4 stars because the outside was not what I expected. I thought for the price it would be more like a bigger resort. The pool area was small but nice offering free water and snacks, but the pool itself was smaller than expected. You couldn’t really swim in it especially if others were in the pool as well. I would definitely recommend this place, just lower your expectations. Online it looks like a 5 star hotel/resort but in person it makes sense that it’s only a 3 star hotel/resort.

We had a fantastic suite (Bali) with a wonderful bay view. The decor was awesome, really well chosen and put together tastefully. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was one of the best I have experienced. Great private balcony gave us two amazing sunsets during our stay : )

Great place , hidden and was very cozy stayed in the off season so it wasn't as expensive. But the morning view was killer

I stayed in the Bali room. Check-in was quick and easy. The welcome drink was deeeelish and they had warm yummy cookies. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were items on the floor. The phone in the room wasn't working when i tried calling the front desk. The mini fridge was stocked with OJ, soda and muffins. The pillows were comfy, but the gap between the mattress and headboard was never racking. I love the size of the jacuzzi. My husband and I could sit comfortably. If you're a light sleeper like myself, the noise travels from the nearby bridge when a heavy vehicle crosses. The walk to the restaurant was short. The drinks were on point and access to the dock/pier was nice because you have an awesome view of the sunset.
